The Transformed Temple is a 6-week program of information and support on how to unburden your body from toxic chemicals and processes.  Most importantly, it will flood your beautiful body with all the nutrients and nourishing thoughts to function optimally.   • Here we go. This is a very supportive module where you start applying your knowledge and preparation work to your path to better health. We do a deep dive into understandings cravings from a biological and emotional level. Work through preparing meals that support satiety and keeping us full.

    Utilise the meal recipes to prepare for the week's meals.

    Foods list, organic food and preparation.

    Identify any potential obstacles and workshop solutions.

    Exploration of meditations to reset the nervous system.

    Deep dive into cravings, addictive relationships with food and our triggers.

  • This is an important week where we start to align on what is working for us and assess the path so far.

    Sun exposure and vitamin D - We explore natural ways to increase our Vitamin D and reset disrupted circadian rhythms. We learn the healing capabilities of the sun when we learn to expose ourselves to it safely.

    We address external toxins within our environment, learn simple and effective cleaning recipes. Open up discussions about becoming an informed consumer.

    Assessment of relationships, awareness and self-care.

  • In this week we reassert intentions and assess the path travelled vs path forward.

    Expand on the education of external toxins within the living environment such as home radiation, devices, red & blue light. Water quality

    Discuss routine and whether adapting a routine is for you.

    Learn about emotional awareness, identifying triggers and simple methods to bring about calm in periods of anxiety or overwhelm.

    How to navigate social settings in TTT and beyond.

    Strengthen our individuality within the program.

  • This is a week of integration but also reflection. A supportive week that allows for reflection and self-awareness.

    The spiritual side of choosing the way we live and nourish

    Deeper healing observations and discussion about our relationship to food.

    Coaching and support based on observations and moving forward freely.

  • Celebration week. We get to celebrate you and the road you travelled. We examine the knowledge we have uncovered about ourselves and our environment.

    Examine possible deeper issues and root causes.

    Reflect on our intentions and our ability to choose our own path forward.

    Complete the week 6 self-assessment and review against week 1.

    Learn how to reintroduce foods in a healthy way and signs to look for. Map out a timeline.
