HEY, I’M KRISTY,

I’m the founder of Kin Health. I have been coaching for over 16 years. I am a Nationally Recognised Nutritionist, Sports Nutrition Advisor, Health & Wellness Coach and Hormone Health Coach, extending my personal training experience and lifelong interest in body balance and optimal health.

I am a mother of 2 and a proud veggie garden owner. I live in a family of vegetarians, vegans, meat-eaters and fussy kids. I wholeheartedly commit to helping people, not just problems, and care deeply about regenerating health - body, mind & soul.

Your body is unique. What works for you may not work for someone else. This is not a one size fits all program. It is about treating you as an individual.

THE POWER OF STORYTELLING -

The story you tell yourself in your head changes everything,  we all have a story on loop in our subconscious, and it drives our behaviour. One of the most powerful things you can do is to change the narrative in your head.  Whether you think you can or you think you can’t -, you are right!

FOOD IS MEDICINE -

Diets just don't work!  Nourishment does. I'm not about giving a list of restrictions, we have enough to do in our life without another set of rules to follow. Food is a fundamental medicine.

YOUR PRIMARY NOURISHMENT HAPPENS OFF YOUR PLATE -

Some of the happiest and healthiest people in the world are not eating the best diet. The more we can spend time out of our stressed state, fostering loving relationships, exploring our creativity, and balancing our movement with our rest - the healthier we can be.

KEEPING IT REAL -

This means real conversation, real action and honesty. No topic is off-limits when it comes to living a life that is aligned with your core values. It takes courage to have a real conversation about who you are and what you need to live a life you love.
