I’m the founder of Kin Health. I have been coaching for over 16 years. I am a Nationally Recognised Nutritionist, Sports Nutrition Advisor, Health & Wellness Coach and Hormone Health Coach, extending my personal training experience and lifelong interest in body balance and optimal health.
I am a mother of 2 and a proud veggie garden owner. I live in a family of vegetarians, vegans, meat-eaters and fussy kids. I wholeheartedly commit to helping people, not just problems, and care deeply about regenerating health - body, mind & soul.
